Blush+Wren Creator Content Terms

These terms apply when you upload photos, video or other content to Blush+Wren through our creator content programme and, where your content is accepted, receive a reward. They form part of, and should be read with, the Trade Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By uploading content you agree to these terms.

Who can take part

The programme is open to approved trade customers. You must be acting in the course of your business and be at least 18 years old.

What you can upload

You may upload content featuring Blush+Wren products, such as before-and-after images, installations, tutorials, reactions and product shots. Content must be your own work and must not contain unlawful, offensive, misleading or infringing material.

Content must not feature anyone under the age of 18. Everyone who appears in or is identifiable from the content must be an adult aged 18 or over. We will not accept content featuring minors.

Your confirmations when you upload

Each time you upload content, you confirm that:

it is your own content and you own or control all rights in it;
everyone who appears in or is identifiable from the content is aged 18 or over and has given their consent to it being taken and used for marketing as described here;
any music, artwork, logos or other third-party material in the content is either your own or properly licensed for this use; and
the content does not breach any third party's rights or any law.

We may require you to confirm these points by ticking a box before your upload completes. We record that confirmation.

The rights you grant us

By uploading content and being accepted into the programme, you grant Oaty Design trading as Blush+Wren a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sub-licensable and transferable licence to use, host, store, reproduce, edit, adapt, crop, resize, combine with other material, publish and display the content and any names, handles or salon names you provide, for our marketing, advertising, social media, website, email, print and other promotional purposes.

You keep ownership of your content. This licence continues even if you later leave the programme or close your account, in respect of content already submitted. Where reasonably practicable and where you ask, we will credit you, but crediting is not guaranteed and is not a condition of the licence.

Rewards

Where we accept your content, we may issue a reward in the form of a gift card for use on future orders. Rewards are discretionary and are assessed by us. The maximum reward per accepted piece of content depends on your trade tier:

Tier 1: up to £10 per accepted piece
Tier 2: up to £15 per accepted piece
Tier 3: up to £25 per accepted piece

Your account dashboard shows your tier, the maximum reward per piece, and the total you have earned.

Uploading content does not guarantee a reward. We aim to review each submission within 3 to 5 working days and may accept, decline or ask for changes. We may decline content that is duplicated, low quality, does not feature our products, breaches these terms, or is otherwise unsuitable. Gift card rewards are subject to our gift card terms and have no cash value except as required by law.

Content handling and storage

Content you upload is stored securely and made available to our team to review and use as described. Uploaded content and the information associated with it (such as who submitted it and the product details) are handled in line with our Privacy Policy. Content that is not accepted may be deleted.

Removing content

Because our licence is perpetual and we may have used content in materials that are already published, we may be unable to withdraw content from every place it has appeared. If you have a genuine concern about a specific piece of content (for example a consent issue), contact us and we will consider it in good faith and, where appropriate and reasonably practicable, stop future use.

Liability and indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for, and will indemnify us against, claims, losses and costs arising from content you upload that breaches these terms, including where you did not have the rights or consents you confirmed. The liability provisions in the Trade Terms of Service otherwise apply.
