• No massive stocks of faulty hair sat in a warehouse being pushed out to consumers regardless to claw money back

If you want hair really quickly then other suppliers may be a better shout.. OR best of both worlds, use us and another supplier so you're able to offer both options

It's actually really simple.. and it works well!

Most salons run at full capacity for weeks in advance anyway so:

1. Carry out consultation & colour match
   
2. Book application appointment for 2.5/3 weeks after
   
3. You'll receive a message the day your hair is dispatched for next day delivery

If you want to stock popular colours in your salon, don't let us stop you. You can order as little or as much as you like.. however please get in touch for better rates if you're planning to place large wholesale orders.

Our hair has proven quality and longevity over and over again during the years of testing.

We have given each range an estimated lifespan:

Natural Finish: 4-6+ Months
Volume: 6-9+ Months
Full Volume: 9-12+ Months

**Hair extensions are a perishable product and their lifespan can be dictated by a huge amount of external factors, such as heat, weather conditions, products.

Many factors can and will affect the longevity of hair colour.

Products, washing, weather and heat can cause colour fading over time.

Our brown colours are expected to fade over the course of wear as will the root stretch section on blonde extensions. Our blonde extensions will also change.

*We have never experienced issues colouring/toning (NEVER BLEACH) our extensions over the testing period. Any colour alterations will be done at your discretion. This is not advice and if you do choose to alter the original extension colour, we will in no way be held accountable if the quality diminishes or colour result is not as expected.

We’re here to help — don’t panic. Please fill out the returns form with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos.

You must return the hair to us before any refund or replacement will be considered. Once received, we’ll carry out our inspection process to verify the fault. If a fault is confirmed, you’ll be offered a refund or a replacement. If no fault is found, the original hair will be returned to you at your cost.

Faults are defined as:

• Severe matting
• Inability to brush
• Severe, uncontrollable shedding

Not considered faults:

• Breakage or normal shedding after use
• Colour fade (especially in rooted shades)
• Changes in texture, drying, or shortening
• Issues resulting from poor aftercare, incompatible products, or incorrect application
  

Private labelling means you get to put your name, logo and brand on our hair extensions.

You're essentially launching your own hair extension line with hair you trust, without the hassle and outlay.

• Our in-house design team take care of you and bring your vision to life.
  
• There is a start up fee of £995 to get started which covers your time with the design team and your initial packaging run.
  
• If you require re-branding/design work or your packaging requirements are more complex, additional charges will be outlined.

Yes!— if your hair is unused, unopened, and in original condition, and the colour is from our standard colour wheel, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it

*Custom colour blends are made to order and cannot be returned, even if the result does not match expectations. These blends are created from your selected colour inputs, and we are not responsible for tone mismatches caused by combining colours that don’t blend well.

**We strongly recommend choosing only ‘safe’ combinations you’re confident in.

We tested the hair over 3+ years and only settled for the best.

The available hair lengths are the best performing for each range and we will not look to amend or expand this selection

We formulated our own products to ensure that they pair perfectly with our hair.

Not only do they smell incredible, they also have been gently formulated to ensure they gently but thoroughly clean your hair whilst hydrating and nourishing at the same time.

We would always advise to use our aftercare range because we know they work well and keep your new locks looking and feeling great for longer.

Just like your own hair feels different to your best friends hair, it's no different with hair extensions..

We always try to keep our raw materials consistent however, you may notice marginal differences in the way the new set behaves vs the old set - it's real human hair

We recommend using our weft sealer before fittings to help prevent shedding.

All machine wefts have the ability to shed due to the nature of the production process.

By applying weft sealer to both sides of the track and allowing to fully dry, you give your client the best chance of getting the most out of their new hair.

We offer free weft sealer which can be added at checkout if you're purchasing a classic weft.
