Refunds, Returns & Faulty Items – Blush+Wren Policy

Returns – 14 Days (All Orders)

We offer a 14-day return window for all eligible items, starting from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Tags and bands must be intact

  • Items must be from our standard colour range (custom blends are non-returnable)

  • A proof of purchase is required

To request a return, please complete the returns form within 14 days of receipt. 

Once your return is approved, you will need to return the hair within 7 days after your return has been approved at your own cost. We recommend a delivery service that fully covers the order value.

If returned items are found to be used, tampered with, or not in resaleable condition, they will be sent back to the customer, and no refund will be issued.


Custom Colour Blends – Non-Returnable

Custom blends created via our Custom Colour Builder are considered bespoke items and are non-returnable under all circumstances.

Each custom blend is created by combining standard colour wheel shades exactly as selected.
If the final result doesn’t meet your expectations, it is not a production fault — it is the result of how the chosen colours interact. We advise customers to blend only tones they know will work well together.

We do not issue refunds or accept returns for dissatisfaction with custom blend results.


Faulty Hair – What Qualifies

Faulty hair must be reported within 30 days of receipt. This window allows reasonable time for fitting and initial wear.

To report a potential fault, email info@blushwren.com with your order number, description of the issue, and supporting photos.

You must return the hair for inspection. No replacement or refund will be issued until we have:

  1. Received the original product,

  2. Carried out a formal inspection and testing process,

  3. Verified that the fault meets our warranty conditions.

⚠️ Faults will only be confirmed if the product displays signs such as:

  • Unmanageable knotting or matting

  • Inability to brush or separate strands

Hair that has broken, faded, changed texture, or shortened is not automatically deemed faulty.
These issues may result from external factors such as:

  • Incorrect application

  • Poor maintenance or aftercare

  • Use of unsuitable products (e.g. toners, OGX, or colour shampoos)

  • Exposure to suncream or chemicals

If no fault is confirmed, the original item will be returned to the sender, and no refund will be issued.


30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Trade Customers Only)

We offer a one-time 30-day money-back guarantee for first orders placed by trade customers.

Even if the hair has been used within the 30 day period, if you don’t like it for any reason, we will offer you a full refund once we receive the hair back and it has undergone our inspection process to verify it is the original Blush+Wren hair from your order.
