Blush+Wren Membership Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to Blush+Wren memberships billed on a recurring basis, including Private Label and Brand Partner memberships. It forms part of our Trade Terms of Service. Because you buy from us as a business, the statutory consumer right to cancel does not apply.

How memberships are billed

Memberships are billed monthly in advance from the date you join, and renew automatically each month until you cancel. Your payment details are stored securely by our payment provider and charged on each renewal date. There is no minimum term.

Cancelling your membership

You can cancel at any time:

  • from the link in your membership order confirmation email; or
  • by emailing info@blushwren.com from the email address on your account.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid month. You will not be charged again, and your membership benefits continue until that date. We do not refund part months.

Changing your membership

To move between membership tiers, email info@blushwren.com. Changes take effect from your next billing date unless we agree otherwise.

What happens when a membership ends

When your membership ends, membership benefits stop. These include membership pricing, branded packaging and any membership-only services. Orders already placed and paid for will still be fulfilled. Your standard trade account remains open, and trade tier pricing continues to apply where you qualify.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we will contact you. If payment is not completed within 14 days, we may pause or end your membership.

Changes to membership pricing

We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email of any change to membership pricing. The new price applies from your first billing date after the notice period. You can cancel before then if you do not wish to continue.

Returns and refunds

Hair and products bought through a membership are covered by our Returns and Refund Policy.
