Description

Natural Wave is our softest movement, a gentle, barely-there S-bend that reads as natural texture rather than a set style. Subtle enough to blend into straighter hair, it has just enough movement to soften the finish. Carried on our Butterfly Weft, it runs along a pre-punched double weft that folds back on itself to double density in one flat row, with no sewing needed. The wave is set into the hair, so it holds its own volume and springs back after every wash with no heat needed. Supplied 16 to 28 inches in Russian Remy, across all 70 Blush+Wren shades. Lengths are measured straight, with 1 to 3 inches of natural shrinkage once the curl settles.

What is a butterfly weft?

A butterfly weft is a fine, flexible weft designed to fold back on itself to double the density in one flat row. It's one of the few weft styles that needs no sewing, so full, seamless rows go in faster.

How long do weft hair extensions last?

Weft hair extensions can last anywhere from 8 to 12 weeks before needing to be reinstalled, depending on your hair growth and maintenance routine. The hair itself can often be reused for multiple installs when cared for properly and can last anywhere fro 6 months+

Can weft extensions help with hair growth?

While weft extensions don’t directly cause new hair growth, their even weight distribution can reduce tension on the scalp compared to other methods. This may support a healthier environment for your natural hair by minimising breakage and strain. With proper installation and aftercare, many clients notice their hair feels fuller and healthier over time.

Why does curly hair look shorter than the length I ordered?

Lengths are measured with the hair pulled straight. Once the curl settles, expect 1 to 3 inches of shrinkage depending on the pattern, with the tightest curls (Classic Curl and Corkscrew Curl) at the upper end. Order by the finished length your client wants, plus that allowance.

How should curly extensions be washed and cared for?

Treat them like natural curly hair: sulphate-free, moisture-rich products, finger-detangle or use a wide-tooth comb from the ends up, and air dry or diffuse. Avoid brushing when dry, which breaks up the curl.

Can curly extensions be heat styled or straightened?

Yes, with heat protection, as they are 100% Russian Remy human hair. The curl is set into the hair, so it returns once washed and left to dry naturally. Frequent high heat will gradually relax the pattern.

How do I choose the right curl type for my client?

Match your client's own texture, not just the look they want. The range runs from Natural Wave, our softest, to Corkscrew Curl, our tightest, and every product shows its curl type so you can blend like for like.

How long does curly hair take to arrive, and who can order it?

Every curly order is made to order, so allow 10 to 14 working days for delivery. Tracking is provided on every order.

The curly range is available to trade accounts only, in all 70 Blush+Wren shades. It is not available through Private Label, Brand Partner or the Custom Colour Suite.
